Saltwater Builders is a multifaceted company that delivers exceptional construction services. We design and build marine projects (seawalls, docks, boathouses, boatlifts), as well as new construction, renovations, and home improvement projects.

Not all construction is a one project job and many times customers are left to deal with multiple contractors to complete a project. Saltwater Builders, LLC is a “one stop” service to better serve individuals and families who have projects of any level. We work around our client’s schedules and assist them by providing design, engineering, construction, and surveying professionals to develop, visualize, and build their project.

A project goes far beyond the job itself. We work with our clients every step of the way to recommend a variety of materials and products to which will help them make decisions about what they want in their finished project and how they want it to look.

My name is Forrest Cothron. I am a graduate of the University of Florida, Rinker College of Construction, and have also received a graduate degree in business from University of Florida Warrington College of Business. Over the years I have been fortunate to network with some  of the best professionals in our area which include manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, etc. Our projects have taken us across the board through many locations such as industrial, nuclear, commercial, and residential.

We are dedicated to developing long term relationships with our clients and becoming their “go to” company for all of their construction needs. My family has always worked with a close group of trusted professionals that they felt comfortable using and knew that they had their best interest at heart. We strive to have that same personal relationship that I have always been accustomed to.
